Paper Feeding Department
Chain link to push the panel is used to deliver the paper on the
working table, the manual single sheet feeding is adopted to a
large cardboard scope, and the common warp cardboard is suitable.
The 10# GB code channel steel firm is durable. Front axle diameter
40mm, with three points fixed, and steady revolution. Chain
adjusting mechanism is equipped.
2. Printer unit
Phasing organization:
(1) The manual worm gear and worm type,
The version roller can be rotationally adjusted to 360 degrees,
Scale is divided into 50 small standards, When the scale transfers,
the version roller will move 5mm. Accurate and convenient. One
group selects the live navel gear adjustment method.
(2) The axial adjustment organization may cause the version roller
to adjust 20mm. (One side 10mm)
(3) Printing ink circulation use the pneumatic diaphragm pump,
which can provide the ink stable .The operation and maintenance is
simple.
(4) The printing ink mesh filters the impurity, protecting the
rubber net Roller.
3. Slot unit
(1) Slot knife width is 7mm, the T10A tool steel is grinded after
the heat treatment, the cutting edge is sharp.
(2) Box height is adjusted synchronically by hand .cutting time of
changing order, highly effective and quick.
(3) Phase adjustment can be done by hand.
4. The transmission gear
The gear material is the QT-400 modular cast iron, thickness
35MM,which has the high resistance to wear, the simple maintenance
and so on.
