Cardboard Flexo 4 Color Printer Slotter Die Cutter machine

1.Whole machine electric parts was choice the domestic famous brand, good and steady quality .

2.Complete machine baffle and important parts used the temper for decrease the metal internal force; and that parts are made by high precision processing center and grinded by digital controlled grinder.

3.All the transmission axles and rollers are made by high quality steel, and processed through tempering and dynamic balance; plated with rigid chrome and grinded surface.

4.All the transmission gears was used the 48#alloy steel, which is grinded after heat treatment, and it was made by rubbing. It still maintains the high topping precision.

Printing unit:

1.Printing roller: made of high quality alloy steel, precise grinded with chrome lated.
2.Printing phases was adopted the planetary gear structure, the electric digital 360°adjustment, digital display(stop, running can adjustment).
3.Printing roller landscape orientation was adopted electric digital adjustment, the adjustment scope is 20mm.
4.Hanging plate device , total hanging and half hanging slotting notch, foot switch control the clockwise and counter-clockwise, fast to fixing and take down the plate.
5.Fixing the oil interval, printing pressure roller, lead roller interval were used the self-lock worm wheel and worm device adjustment and fix.
6.Printing phase fix was used the pneumatic brake structure, the brake structure will stop the mainframe running when the every unit separated, which can keep the origin gear fix position can not move.
7.The steel anilox roller: 180-250 lines combined anilox roller. Steel surface chrome, pressure the anilox and rigid chrome.
8.Option: re-position function, computer memory printing plate position, which can automatic re-position when scrub the plate. Pneumatic uplift plate device, the anilox roller break away pneumatic, smooth the oil automatic when the mainframe stop, it can prevent the oil dry.

Slotting unit:

1.Slotting phases was adopted the planetary gear structure, the electric digital 360° adjustment, show the digit (stop, running can adjustment).
2.Slotting tool rest, pressure wheel, horizontal move by manual mechanic joint adjustment.
3.The height of box size was adjustment by synchronous.4.Pressure interval was used the self-lock worm wheel and worm device adjustment and fix.
5.The elastic tangential scraper structure could cut off three and five layer cardboard without any adjustment.
6.Slotting knife was choice with the high quality alloy steel , which made the rigidity and tenacity was best when heat treatment, it can suitable long-term used,it could be equipped with portable punching die holder.

Die cutter unit:

1.The side to side 50mm mechanical spiral movement device adopted on the anvil drum.
2.The die drum transverse movement can prolong the service life of anvil drum.
3.Die cutting phase is digitally controlled by motor and PLC.
4.The die cutting cylinder lateral register is digitally controlled by motor and PLC, rang about ±10mm.
5.Motorized caliper adjustment between anvil roll and die drum.
6.Self-locking system is adopted on feeding rolls.
7.Anvil Rubber roller speed compensation adopted independent motor for driving to control the rubber roller speed, the compensation scopes ±3mm.
8.Anvil trimmer to keep surface of the anvil covers flat and smooth.
